Land Securities Group Plc – Change to Executive Director's responsibilities

Further to the announcement dated 26 February 2019 regarding Scott Parsons' resignation as Managing Director, Retail Portfolio and as an Executive Director, and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company announces that Colette O'Shea, Managing Director of the London Portfolio and Executive Director, will be responsible for both the London and Retail Portfolios with effect from 30 April 2019.
